Destroying Canadian Society, One Court Case at a Time

Not long after the quasi-judicial fiasco of the BC "Human Rights" Kangaroo Court, we have a judge in Quebec striving to win the Monty Python award for Ridiculousness. If anyone can make a logical argument about how this ruling can possibly be a good one, I'd love to hear it!

Update: There's a superb discussion about this judicial decision, which you can listen to here (tune to 7:40). At 25:33 a Vancouver caller named Mike has a brilliant line that I wish I had come up with:

[The social activists on the left] use the word "progressive", Roy, like it means "good" all the time. But it doesn't. You know, the last thing you want to hear from your doctor is that you have a progressive cancer.

What an accurate metaphor! Canada is the body and these social activists have infested various parts of the body and are destroying it, just like cancer does.
