Assume for a moment she completely abused her office here.
"I am sorry I abused my office but I was protecting my family from a dangerous man with a gun and a badge. Family comes first for me, as it does for all Americans. I will protect your family as I have mine, no matter what it takes."
Obama would have sat down for a meaningful discussion.
