Day 5: A Bicycle Ride in Chicago

Today, Melissa invited me to join her on a bicycle ride through the downtown core and out to Lake Michigan. The weather was absolutely perfect for it!

Before starting out, we had to have a good healthy lunch, which she kindly prepared.



We briefly stopped on the Western edge of The Loop, where I took this quick shot:



What's this woman doing? She's a photography student and was given an assignment to take photos of an object that well represents her - ie. the black horse statue.


This section of South Michigan Avenue is amongst my favourite real estate anywhere!
