This is my personal blog and primarily focuses on my photography & videography.
I just learned about an amazing new building that is being built in Chicago and will be completed in 2010. The 150-storey, 610 metre tall tower will be the tallest building in North America.

HA! Chicagoans really ARE bitter about the whole "antenna on the Sears Tower" thing...
You know what? After looknig at those links, that thing is uuuugly. Seriously. It makes the skyline look really... I don't know, unbalanced? (and is it just me, or is that sucker a serious phallic symbol? I try to keep my mind out of the gutter... but come on!)
I guess I just don't get it.
I actually like it. One could argue that every skyscraper is a phallic symbol!
Remember how people weren't sure about Vancouver's Main Library, when it first opened. I think Chicagoans will grow to love this building too!
It seems rather underwhelming if not unimpressive compared to what's being built rigtht now in Dubai.
Yeah, but not like that one!
