Silvio Berlusconi: He's Back!!!

Italians seem to change their governments more often than ... I was going to make a snide remark about the personal hygiene of the French but will leave it up to you, dear reader, to add your joke!

But indeed, Silvio Berlusconi is back for the 3rd time as Italy's prime minister. I don't know if this fellow is a scoundrel or a genius (probably a lot of both) but he sure keeps Italian politics interesting!
