A 3rd American Political Party?

Peggy Noonan has just written a very important article. In it, she describes a perceptible change afoot, one in which a growing number of Americans are disillusioned with BOTH the Republican and Democrat parties. I do understand why. It seems like the members of both parties, once they get to Washington, DC, just get stuck in this elitist malaise and completely lose touch with the common man.

I do hope a 3rd party emerges because it's about the only thing that can shake up democracy in the U.S. these days.
