Beach Volleyball
Danny & I headed down to Spanish Banks to watch a friend of mine play volleyball. The weather was very strange, not sunny but extremely humid.

Walk Around Green Lake
I got in touch with John around 2pm and made it back to Green Lake in Seattle around 3pm. We went for a nice walk around the lake, a 2.5 mile route. Anyone who has walked around Stanley Park's Lost Lagoon in Vancouver will notice a lot of similarities.First we came across these volleyball players. As I'm an avid volleyball player back home, I just had to capture a few shots for my fellow players, to show the talent here in the Emerald City. Apparently there were some men playing too but I just didn't notice them for some reason. :-)
This was interesting sight. John thought these folks might have been practicing for some theatre group.
I loved the fact that these Canadian "guests" made their presence known too!

First Day of Beach Volleyball

After nearly a year's absence from beach volleyball, I returned today to give it a try. I did alright but let's just say that I'm going to have to get into "a little better shape"! :-)
