PETA Sues Fish Market For ... Throwing Dead Fish

No, that is not a line from Monty Python. PETA, in their continued tradition of absolute insanity is protesting the throwing of fish at the famous Pike Place Market in Seattle.

I hope that the owners of the fish market personally sue each & every member of PETA who protests there for infringement of their right to practice business. Imagine one of these whiny metrosexual know-it-all PETA members being thrown into prison. When asked by his cellmate, Bubba, why he's there, the response would be, "Ummmm, well, for protesting against the improper handling of dead fish." Such nobility ... nope, such stupidity!!

Underwater Photos

Before I left Vancouver I bought a throwaway underwater camera like this one. I later learned that I should have waited to purchase it at an ABC Store here, as it was several dollars cheaper. Having used one of these before, I knew that they never take spectacular photos but the set I just got back isn't bad.

About a week ago I found an number of fish along a breakwater just east (Diamond Head side) of the long cement pier in Waikiki.
This is where I captured these photos.

Then yesterday I took the #22 Bus out to Hanauma Bay. It's an extinct volcano that serves as the perfect home for a wide variety of colourful fish and even some turtles.
