Woot

For a few weeks now I've been following an interesting & funny shopping site called Woot. What's unusual about it is that each day everyone can only buy just one product. Once the day is over, that product is gone, if not forever for a long time. They have an interesting assortment of products, albeit with a tendency towards cool electronics. Plus, the writeups on each product are hilarious!

Are You An Online Shopper?

I recently had a discussion with a friend of mine in Chicago about the incredible number of catalogs that are sent to all of us on a regular basis. I resolve the problem right at the mailbox by just tossing out what I don't want, which is 99.9% of it.

But my friend, Chris, down here in Miami is on the opposite end of the spectrum. He travels so much that he has little to no time to go shopping. So he does ALL of his shopping online and thus appreciates all the catalogues that are sent to him. Those shown here are a mere sampling of all he has!
