No More Lateness in Peru?

The government of Peru is launching a new program to try to end the lateness that is apparently a big part of the culture there. I've never been to Peru but have found tardiness to be a big part of the Latin culture. You can read more about it here.

I heard on the radio that the press conference for this initiative started half an hour late!
